"Pallekele" Housing Project
Pallekale project comprises of 73 houses, out of which 44 Nos are
already handed over. Out of the balance 29 houses, 06 No.
of houses have been sold. There are 13 houses completed and to be sold
at a price range of 4.5 Million onwards.
The works on the balance 10 houses will be started by the 1st week of
July. The total project is expected to be completed by the end of 2010.
"Ocean View Tower" Project
Ocean
Tower is a one of successful project of OVDC which is located at
Bambalapitiya Station road. The building consists of 23 folres with many
number of partitons.
"Park Road" Housing Project
The
construction work of "Park Road", a housing project by the National
Housing Development Authority (NHDA) and Ocean View Development Company
(Pvt) (OVDC).
